The Year of
Giving Campaign
A great part of
the funding Jenesse receives comes from generous supporters like you
who know the needs of women and children that seek our assistance due
to domestic violence. A Year of Giving is a campaign
that brings together Jenesse supporters and friends in a consolidated
effort to raise $2.5 million dollars. With recent and ongoing
budget cuts, we must work harder than ever to establish
self-sufficiency as a non-profit organization. This can be
accomplished with your participation and contribution.

campaign is a combined effort of events and ongoing programs including:
The
Adopt-A-Shelter Program - Sponsor a Day in the Life
This program gives
everyone the opportunity to make a significant contribution to our
daily operations. With Emergency and Transitional shelter
facilities, an administrative site and a Legal Clinic, Jenesse has the
capacity to serve more than 200 clients at any given time. Your
investment sponsoring a Day in the Life of our clients can make a

Conversations for
Jenesse Center
In August of 2009, Ms.
Halle Berry hosted a group of friends for lunch to talk about Jenesse
Center's life saving work. Anyone who wishes to tell their
family, friends and colleagues about Jenesse is welcome to host a
Conversations event. Jenesse representatives are happy to attend
your event to give your guests an in-depth look at the services we
provide.
Los Angeles Marathon
As an official charity
of the Los Angeles Marathon, we are excited to call upon enthusiastic
runners and walkers to help the women and children we serve. By
soliciting sponsors for every mile you complete, we can all help foster
awareness regarding the issues surrounding domestic violence.
Join our team of runners and attend our invitation only pre- and
post-receptions with gifts and prizes. Sponsorship opportunities
